How can these masks be used?

Our Neck Gaiter / Face Covers are made from cloth, and they aren’t medical equipment.

CDC suggests wearing face cloth coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain. This additional safety measure helps protect others in case you have coronavirus, but don’t show any symptoms.

You should still follow other protective measures as well, and closely follow the latest recommendations from public health officials and CDC to make an informed decision about the use of these masks.

What are the specs on the Neck Gaiter / Face Covers?

This All-Over Print Neck Gaiter can be used as a face covering, headband, bandana, wristband, balaclava, and neck warmer.

  • 95% polyester, 5% elastane (fabric composition may vary by 1%)
  • Fabric weight: 6.19 oz/yd² (210 g/m²)
  • Breathable fabric
  • Washable and reusable
  • Four-way stretch fabric that stretches and recovers on the cross and lengthwise grains

What are the specs on the Face Masks?

This durable double-layer cloth Face Mask comes in two comfortable sizes that are sold in packs of 3. The center seam and elastic ear loops give the mask a close fit, and the treated fabric ensures that it will serve you well.

The Face Masks have been produced using the unique Silverplus® technology. It prevents the growth of bacteria which cause unpleasant odors, discoloration, staining, and deterioration.

Can I wash and reuse my Face Mask?

You can hand-wash the mask in warm water, or put it in a washing machine in up to 104°F (40°C). Don’t use fabric softener when washing the mask. The mask can be washed up to 50 times.

Order Fulfillment

We ship Worldwide! We custom make every order in facilities worldwide depending upon the product. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your item(s) to be made before shipment. After your item(s) have been processed, you will receive a tracking code and average shipping times for most items are as follows: 

  • United States: Avg. 3 – 5 business days (after fulfillment).
  • Canada: Avg. 7 – 10 business days (after fulfillment).
  • United Kingdom: Avg. 7 – 14 business days (after fulfillment).
  • Australia: Avg. 14 – 20 business days (after fulfillment).
  • Rest of the world: Avg. 15 – 25 business days (after fulfillment).

Do you ship world wide?

Yes! If you have an address, we’ll ship there – regardless of where you are in the world!

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping costs are typically very low and are calculated by three main factors:

  1. The total weight of your order.
  2. Where your order is being sent to.
  3. How quickly you want to receive your order (i.e. standard or expedited).

To find out exactly how much shipping might cost you, add a product to your cart and start the checkout process. Enter your shipping address and a rate will be calculated for you. You can then decide if you want to continue checking out.

How do I track my order?

After your item(s) have been made and a shipping label has been created, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you via Facebook Messenger (if applicable) and email. You can then use that code to track exactly where your order stands. Alternatively, you can track your order here.

How can I contact Radside?

We’re really easy to reach and try our best to respond within the same day of receiving any message (during our Pacific Standard Time hours, 8:00AM to 11:59PM). However, if you do not see a reply right away, rest assured, we will always get back to you. Click the “Message Us” button in the bottom on our website to directly send us a message over Facebook Messenger. Alternatively, you can also message us with order questions via email at [email protected].

What is your fabric material like?

Almost all of our apparel is unisex sized and hand printed in California using Direct To Garment (DTG) technology on extremely high quality 99% premium cotton and 1% poly-blend material. Some designs use more of a polyester base, depending on the item. We use these fabrics because of their durability, softness and their ability to stretch without damage. Majority of our apparel is either pre-shrunk or will result in minimal shrinkage after a first wash and dry.

How should I wash and dry my apparel?

Wash inside-out in a standard washer of your preferred setting. We recommend hang drying for best results, however the use of a regular dryer is just fine. Shrinking in our shirts is extremely minimal and our designs should not fade due to the quality of our prints.

Where can I find sizing information?

All of our sizing information can be found directly on the product pages themselves along with a size calculator. “Width” is the horizontal width across the garment from the base of one sleeve (armpit) to the other. “Length” is the vertical length of the garment measured from highest point all the way down to the bottom.

Online Orders

I placed an order. Why have I not received a tracking code yet?

This is normal – don’t worry! Every order placed on our store is custom made in-house. A tracking code will not be sent right away. Please allow 3 to 5 days for us to complete your order. Once your item(s) have been made, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you via Facebook Messenger (if applicable), SMS text and/or email. If you have any questions, please email [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

I entered the wrong shipping address on accident! What should I do?

Get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of ordering)! We try to ship every order out as soon as we can. If we have not yet shipped out your order, we can easily change the address for you. Contact us via Facebook Messenger or email us at, [email protected].

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If you are in need of an exchange or return, please contact [email protected] first to confirm the appropriate action to take.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the original purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange. Exchanges for a new size can be made once upon request. Returns or refunds can only be issued if you received wrong or damaged items.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us (email: [email protected]) for instruction on how to begin your refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All orders of sale items are final.

I entered the wrong shipping address on accident! What should I do?

My order never arrived! What should I do?

If you see a “delivery exception” on your tracking code or if you think your order has not arrived, don’t stress! Your local post office may be behind on shipments. Allow 1 to 3 days to pass beyond the expected delivery date. If your order still has not shown up at your door, contact your local post office. They should be able to trace your order. If neither of those options work, contact us via Facebook messenger or email [email protected] and we will find out what happened and correct the situation for you.

I received a defective item.
